ExchangeNetwork.com: Usability Testing and Analysis

DENVER, COLORADO – April 26, 2011 – Web usability expert, Luis Cuellar, mans a Website Usability Desk at the The Denver Westin in support of the Environmental Information Exchange Network.  The purpose is to develop Use Cases and perform Usability Research so that the new website will be more useful, user-friendly, and functional.

inQbation is in the process of redesigning ExchangeNetwork.net.  Luis is in Denver to work with various web visitor segments to answer the three basic questions:

  1. What information would you seek on ExchangeNetwork.net?
  2. What activities would you seek to do or perform on ExchangeNetwork.net?
  3. How could ExchangeNetwork.net be improved?

We are also performing a card sorting exercise to help engineer an intuitive, streamlined, and user-friendly Information Architecture.  In this case, we are using Optimal Sort as our card sorting tool of choice.

The screen shot below represents the current Exchange Network website. Stay tuned for the redesign later this summer.
