The evolution of a Kanban board in a Sprint

We just had another successful sprint review of SEO Quotient in our Summer Internship Hackaton. Our interns, once again, did a great job at tackling all the tasks and user stories defined in the Sprint planning, and demo went great, full of new features for the project.

During the week, I took some photos of the Kanban board, and composed them into this GIF image to show the evolution of those tasks and user stories during the sprint:

In this sprint, we decided to add a new swimline to separate low priority stories from the other ones, to ensure that the team finished first the more important ones. As you see in the animation, one of the user stories that had more priority was moved to the low priority category after agreeing with the product owner, who has been actively involved in the sprint.
