Caller: I’m looking for a WordPress shop

Stop.  Listen.  What did this guy just ask for?  A WordPress shop.  What is the area code on his phone number?  202.  Washington, DC.  Presumably, he is looking for a WordPress shop in Washington, DC.  That is the title of my next blog post.

Listen to the words that your prospective clients use as they describe what they are looking for.  Then, blog about it.
