Introducing Jennifer Long: Growth Hacker for Agileana

We are pleased to introduce Jennifer Long to our staff at Agileana.

Jenny is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology and a Computer Science student at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. We originally met Jenny at our 2016 Summer Internship Hackathon, which was a 6-week tech venture designed to teach college-bound high school Seniors and graduates about agile web development, hackathons, team work, and product development. Jenny was usually the first one to arrive to our office in the morning and the last to leave at night. Sometimes, we would arrive to the office and she would be sitting on the door step waiting for us to open up.

So, when Jenny reached out to us for a job, we gladly brought her back in. In fact, some of our best and favorite employees were people who took the initiative to find us, introduce theirselves, and send a resume. When Jenny sent her resume, we were already familiar with her work ethic and capabilities. It was a no-brainer to bring her on.

Jenny is working with the business development team to conduct research, develop content, maintain corporate websites, and dabble in corporate social media. Although we are not big on official titles, her initial role is that of growth hacker.
