Hub Zones in Virginia and Washington DC area

The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program helps small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities.  If you are looking to do business with the federal government, being HUBZone certified can be a great procurement and contracting vehicle to accelerate business development and reduce the competition.

One of the closest HUB Zones to Washington, DC but outside the DC beltway is the historic town of Leesburg.  The follow map shows the Leesburg, Virginia HUB Zone as well as locations of the commercial properties that have office space if you are considering a HUB Zone certification.  If you click on the image, you will go to the original Google map.  You need a Google account to view it.

I created this interactive Google map of the Leesburg HUBZone so you can click on a marker and get the contact information of the property manager to explore commercial office lease and purchase options.

I hope you enjoy and find it useful.  If you need an interactive map for your website or want to partner with a HUB Zone contractor with a GSA schedule, please give us a call.
