Executive Director Announcement – Shefali Naik is the new ED for Agileana

WASHINGTON, DC – Agileana is pleased to announce Shefali Naik as the new Executive Director. She is taking the helm at an opportune time, as we have been recently certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Shefali was selected because of her keen intelligence, organizational skills, and charisma.

Shefali bring twenty years of experience working in information technology and software engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in computer science from the University of Mumbai and an Executive Certification from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Shefali has also been certified in ITIL, PMI-ACP, PMP, CSPO, CSM, SAFe, CMMI, and Drupal. She has been with Agileana since 2016.

The Executive Director (ED) is a critical role that executes the organization’s vision, holds the leadership team accountable, and reports to the President and Board of Directors. The executive director works alongside the co-founders to lead the company forward in growth while maintaining the stability and company culture.

Founded in 2016, Agileana is an agile web development company based in the Washington DC metro area. Our niche is building Drupal websites for government agencies. Our goal was to create a company that empowers people to do what they love to do, with people they enjoy working with, while getting compensated appropriately.
