Ordered a $2,000 laptop from Dell. Wasn’t working. Reported it via my account. No response. Went online to their chat, after 20 minutes of waiting, they told me to call the Dell Business Support number. Called that and had to deal with their stupid robot voice to navigate to an agent. Talked to the agent and there is a special Dell Business Support number for the Latitude laptop. I guess every model of their laptop has a different phone number. Called that phone number and spent another 10 minutes dealing with the same goddamned robot. Finally got another agent who put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then, they sent me to yet another phone number and another fucking robot. Still on hold. Managed to blast out this blog post while on hold.
