Day 5 was officially the start of the intense lifting. Working with Blake to begin the actual agile process with the new product – Balystic – was really insightful. It was also super helpful in terms of figuring out how to tackle starting and developing the project. It made it so much more manageable in prospect. And as a developer first it was really comforting to get back to the stuff that I’m good at – coding. Once we got to that point of course I came across some issues, but I was significantly better equipped to deal with the problems that arose.
