WASHINGTON, DC – Agileana is pleased to announced that it has been certified as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for the Woman-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program (WOSB Program), as set forth in Title 13, Part 127 of the Code of Federal Regulators (CFR).
Agileana’s owner, Andrea Melo, holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universida Javeriana in Cali, Colombia. She co-founded the company, originally as inQbation, in 2007. The company renamed and rebranded itself to Agileana in 2016 with the purpose of providing lean, agile, digital services to government agencies.
Agileana’s clients include the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Georgetown University, George Mason University, and the U.S. Courts, among others.
