Jeff's path into Drupal began two decades ago, born as much out of necessity as curiosity. Before Drupal, he was deep in OSCommerce territory, where every site update meant hacking core and every upgrade was, in his words, "death by a thousand cuts and pastes." Discovering Drupal felt like blue sky after a tornado — a framework flexible enough to build on without tearing everything apart, backed by a community that welcomed him in rather than shutting him out.

That community left a lasting impression. What struck him most was how approachable they were: unlike some tech communities, Drupalers talk with you, not down to you — a value he's carried into his own mentoring and client work ever since.

Over 20 years, that early spark grew into a career built around helping small businesses, nonprofits, and organizations get exactly the Drupal site they need — no more, no less. Jeff has a talent for translating a client's vision into a working, maintainable site, and for guiding organizations without deep in-house technical resources through decisions that will serve them well long after launch.

Most recently, Jeff earned his Acquia Certified Developer – Drupal 11 certification, a milestone that reflects both his continued investment in staying current with the platform and his enthusiasm for the modern Drupal projects he's part of at Agileana. Two decades in, he remains as engaged with the ecosystem — and as grateful for the community that shaped him — as he was on day one.
